Are you making the content available post event via replays on video-hailing platforms such as YouTube?

We take pride in the level of information that we’re able to relay to all our attendees. To make sure the value of buying a ticket to the event is held to a high standard, we’re not providing any replays or full videos (and even snippets) of the event. How can I buy a ticket?

You can buy a ticket by simply visiting "EVENTS".

What’s the ticket type that you can recommend for me?

We got two (2) types of tickets: Regular and VIP. The Regular ones only allow you to participate at the event, throw in some questions during Q&As, and take part in the round table discussions. On the other hand, The VIP Ticket does just that, too. However, being a VIP ticket holder lets you have the chance to have dinner with the speakers. Mingle with them and ask for some pieces of advice about some information that they don’t usually share during general sessions一the best way to learn more.

Will I be able to upgrade my pass (if needed)?

Yes, you can. Upgrade your pass by reaching out to us [email protected] & [email protected]. From here on out, we will be able to acknowledge the upgraded ticket pricing.

Do you sell one-day passes?

Sorry but we have no one-day passes. All available tickets are sold for the full three-day event..

Is my ticket transferable to a friend?

Yes, you may. But please do make sure to re-assign your ticket at least 48 hours before the event. Send us an email at [email protected] & [email protected]

Will I be able to get a refund if I’m unable to attend?

Geek Out tickets are refundable within 24 hours after buying them. Once the 24-hour window expires, all tickets purchased online will be deemed non-refundable.
